Thanks to Armen's experience in international industrial and retail projects the Fund is gaining strategic vision on how to solve problems in the domain of the prevention of pregnancy complications.

"Today the charity sector should not only drive the advancement of moral values, but also apply modern consistent approaches in shaping operational policy and its own institutional foundations. This is what is demonstrated by the prominent global Funds (Tomy's, March of Dimes, Panda, EFCNI). Some of these funds have been proving time and again that NGOs are becoming powerful structural changers in the realm of medical and social projects. They also challenge the efficacy of the outdated state bureaucracy."

The task in front of the 280 Days is to become a powerful and systematic institution that advocates preventive medicine culture. Problems that are caused by societal conventions or limited capabilities of medical workers and institutions can be solved in a consistent and focused manner with the same methods and means that are used in approaching business tasks. A consistent approach would prevent irreversible consequences that concern each of us."
